Tekwani Design Co.
2022 – Current
I co-lead, with the founder & Creative Director, the day-to-day operations and business strategy of the company, managing a cross-functional team of designers, developers, copywriters, and photographers. My work spans international projects, coordinating with contractors & clients across nine countries—including a coffee branding project in India that earned the 2025 Design in Coffee Branding Award at the Specialty Coffee Association Expo. I played a key role in achieving the company’s B Corp certification by guiding the process to meet rigorous social and environmental standards. I also oversee every stage of the client and project lifecycle for both domestic and international accounts, from creating strategic proposals to developing financial pipeline projections and managing invoicing. In addition, I assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new contractors, working alongside the team to grow a collaborative and strong creative collective.
Paper Pie
2017 – 2023
As a Senior Team Leader and Educational Services Consultant, I managed my own direct sales while leading a team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and recruiting goals. I successfully coordinated multiple fundraisers, supported public and school libraries with their purchasing needs, and guided team promotions. To maintain strong client relationships and drive sales, I also managed my own CRM, carefully tracking interactions and follow-ups.
Wigwam Creative
2014–2015
As an Account Manager, I served as the primary liaison for clients, managing all communication and acting as the key point of contact for project updates. I oversaw project timelines and studio workflow to ensure on-time delivery and maintain momentum across the team. I also coordinated and managed freelance talent, from initial outreach through project completion. Additionally, I played an active role in fostering a positive and productive office culture, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Giving back to my community has always been a joy, and I’ve been fortunate to serve in several volunteer leadership roles that connect families, schools, and organizations. At Ponca Elementary, I’ve supported teachers and parents first as PTA Secretary and now as PTO President, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for students and their families. I’ve also served on the Community Advisory Board for Uta Halee Girls Village and co-chaired fundraising at Steele Cooperative Preschool, both of which deepened my love for collaboration and service.
At heart, I’m very much an Enneagram Two—driven by a genuine desire to support, connect, and uplift others. I’m married to a talented Creative Director, and together we’re raising two inquisitive, goofy kids who keep us endlessly curious about the world. Our family also includes a twelve-year-old hound dog, named Roscoe, who still acts like a toddler. When I’m not volunteering or working, I love getting lost in a good book, exploring new places, and enjoying a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
